Accounts Payable Assistant
SJR is now recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant for a leading company with an office in Kista. This is a consulting assignment with employment at SJR, starting as soon as possible and initially lasting until December 31, with good chances of extension. The client applies some flexibility with remote work. In the spring, they will move their office to Solna.
About the Position
The role of accounts payable assistant at our client is varied, but primarily focused on AP. You will be part of a close-knit team where you work closely together and jointly solve the challenges and questions that arise in daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Posting of supplier invoices
- Accruals of costs
- Handling of representation invoices
- Administration in the system, such as users, flows, etc.
- Email management
- Year-end work in the form of provisions and reconciliations as well as group reporting
- Service to our internal customers
Suitable Background
A high school education or equivalent in finance is required for the role. You should have a couple of years of experience in similar tasks or as an accounts payable assistant. Experience in handling representation invoices, year-end work, and collection management of supplier invoices is necessary. You also need knowledge of posting and VAT, as well as experience in handling incoming inquiries and providing service both internally and externally. Good IT skills are a requirement, especially in the Office package with a focus on Excel, where functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP are used. Experience with Rillion Prime and Navision is an advantage. You should also be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You are structured and plan your work in advance, organize and prioritize activities effectively, and meet deadlines. The role requires you to be proactive, make quick decisions, and initiate activities to achieve results. Flexibility is important – you should easily adapt to changing circumstances and be able to switch between different tasks throughout the day. Additionally, you need to be resilient, maintain calm and a realistic perspective in pressured situations, and focus on the right things.
